Refund and Return Policy

At Otolaryngological Anthropology Incorporated, we want you to be confident in what you buy. This Refund and Return Policy explains our terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, for products that have been opened or used, or for products that are no longer wanted. Please read the full product description and usage instructions before ordering. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, contact us before you purchase and we will be glad to help.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with; on items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase; or on orders shipped outside the contiguous United States (see Section 7). The one exception is a damaged or defective product, which is covered in Section 3.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, following the process in Section 4. Damage caused by mishandling or improper storage after delivery is not eligible for exchange.
4. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, email support@otoanthro.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photographs showing the problem and its packaging. Once we have reviewed your documentation, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask you to.
5. Refunds
We do not issue refunds. Where a product arrives damaged or defective, an exchange is the remedy we provide, as described in Sections 3 and 4.
6. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at support@otoanthro.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We will send the correct item promptly.
7. Shipping Limitations
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Returns from outside the contiguous U.S. will not be accepted. Any such returns received without authorization will not be refunded or returned to the sender.
