How to Apply Roncaid Chin Lift Support Tape
Chin support tape only works when it's placed correctly. A strip applied too far forward pulls on the chin without supporting anything underneath; placed too far back, it can feel tight against the throat. These videos show the placement that actually does the job.
The sequence itself is simple: start with clean, dry skin under the chin, tilt your head slightly up, anchor the square edge where the chin meets the neck, then lower your chin while drawing the tape gently forward and pressing the rounded edge onto the front of the chin. Watching it once makes the motion obvious in a way written steps rarely do.
The videos also cover a few things worth knowing: why adhesion drops sharply over facial hair, what to do if the tape feels too tight, and why it's better to remove it each morning than to reapply over the same patch of skin.
Roncaid is not a treatment for sleep apnea. If you gasp, choke, or stop breathing during sleep, please talk to your doctor.
